Veganic Mango essence is an excellent Mango essence to enhance the flavour in Cakes, Ice-creams, Brownies, Sherberts, Desserts, Cookies, Jams, Jellies, Sweets, Marzipan, Confectioneries, Puddings, Milkshakes. The freshness of natural peppermint oil is packed into this oil-soluble flavour. Ideal for use in chocolates, cake decorations, and icing. Veganic recommends using 1.5-2ml per litre/kg of dough base. Each ml measures approximately 20 drops of the essence. This product is 100 per cent vegetarian, contains no preservatives and is free from spirit.
